Trading on the global stage is not easy.  The export environment is challenging.  With Kiwi's typically preferring to 'get on and gun it alone', there is a danger in failing to realise how difficult it will be to enter a market and understand the complexities of doing business internationally, thereby exposing themselves to numerous risks.

There is an extensive business support eco-system in place to support businesses internationalise.  However, accessing it is easier said than done!  The business support eco-system is a labyrinth of government agencies, organisations, business associations and service providers purporting to have the solution to accelerate your growth and help mitigate risk.  Understanding who does what and how to access that assistance is tough and at times frustrating!

The ExportNZ Excelerator Program will help identify gaps in your export knowledge and capability – 'you don't know what you don't know', and will plug you into the most reliable and valuable sources of information.  ExportNZ's connections within the business support eco-system will save you valuable time, crippling headaches and get you on the fast track to export success.

The ExportNZ Excelerator Program has been developed by exporters for exporters.  Take a cue from our country's top performers, and rank your performance against theirs.  At the completion of the programme you will be delivered a score which will benchmark your business against New Zealand's top 20 exporters.

The two phases to the ExportNZ Excelerator Program are:

1. ExportNZ Excelerator Program - 30 min survey
2. Export Mentor Program (for ExportNZ members only)
